Our Experiential Learning Process uses coaching, workshops, and real-world projects to provide a supported, self-directed approach that will empower you on your educational journey.
Look inwardly to identify your values, curiosities, and skills. Then look outside yourself to find fields, projects, and skills that make you excited to learn. Live independently abroad and work with mentors and coaches to cut through the noise of “what I should do” to find “what I want to do.” Filter through your many interests by taking action on each one to see what sticks and what gets left behind. Experiment with new things, talk to professionals and practitioners in your field, join communities, and take on real world projects.
Master the science of learning—begin to think of your brain as a muscle that learns through effort. Develop a growth mindset, and learn how to apply deliberate practice principles. Discover what you don’t know and figure out how to know it. Learn how to sequence your learning and how to find help.
Once you’ve discovered what motivates you, you’ll take on projects that make you stretch. Whether it’s producing music, managing a marketing campaign, or anything in between, you’ll feel a sense of accomplishment when you complete it. You’ll take on increasingly challenging projects to push your capabilities. You’ll display your completed projects in a portfolio of your own creation.
